The Common Roots Farm Team considers our Farmstand patrons as partners in community wellness, rather than merely customers.
Our 220 acres of land where no chemicals and pesticides are allowed~means that our R.O.P. certified organic soils have no chemical impact from the surrounding properties.
With the land at South Village and our certified organic 4-acres at the Hubbard Park just down the street, we grow food on a total of 7acres with zero chemical suppression.
This is unique in our urban area! In 2020, we also became one of 500 farms in the US to be ROP (Real Organic Project) certified. This means that Common Roots is committed to high organic standards...including regenerative soil practices.
Organic Veggies & Herbs
Our farmstand will operate just like a small grocery store, offering a variety of local artisan products like bread, milk, frozen meats, cheeses, honey, and house-prepared foods. You'll always find the freshest in organic vegetables & herbs~even seasonal flower bouquets!
House-made Products from our Wheeler house licensed kitchen.
Our staff Executive Chef, Anthony Jones has 30 years of experience and provides freshly prepared seasonal entrees, soups, sauces, rubs, salsa, pesto,
baked goods, even pickled produce for your pantry!
