Chef Anthony and the Wheeler House kitchen team prepare rotating seasonal flatbreads using ingredients from Common Roots farms and regional Vermont producers.
This week, the featured pizza is Vegetable Puttanesca Flatbread
Freshly made flatbread dough, house-made puttanesca sauce, kale, peppers, CR red onion, Parmesan cheese, andmozzarella cheese. Sprinkled with fresh herbs. Add Meatballs (optional)
Flatbread Friday always features Cheese, Pepperoni, and a special pizza! Gluton Free Option available.
