Love to eat? Love to cook? Join us for a special beginning-of-summer Cookbook Club gathering at the Common Roots Farmstand.
Each month, Cookbook Club participants prepare recipes inspired by a selected cookbook and gather to share food, stories, and conversation. For this special summer gathering, participants are invited to prepare a dish from their favorite Vermont cookbook and join us outdoors at the Common Roots farm for an evening of food, community, and seasonal celebration.
A selection of Vermont cookbooks will be available for checkout on the second floor of the South Burlington Public Library. Out of consideration for fellow participants, please check out only one book at a time.
The evening will begin with a guided farm tour, followed by a community potluck meal and cookbook discussion under the covered pavilion at the Farmstand.
