Colin began farming as an undergraduate student at St. Michaels College. He found the dynamic, challenging, and down-to-earth nature of farming exciting and generative. After graduation, Colin began his career as an organic veggie farmer and has enjoyed his role as the manager of Common Root’s vegetable and flower production for the past 4 years.

In his spare time, Colin likes to fix tractors (yes, this is fun for him!), hangout with his dog, and play the guitar.
