A recent graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, has always had an appetite for Health and Wellness. Possessing an artist's sensibility, Liz spent 20 years working for the local NBC Affiliate, WPTZ-TV specializing in creative marketing and storytelling. As a passionate advocate for Food Equity in Vermont, Liz has raised thousands of dollars in donations by coordinating numerous farm-to-table dinner events. Living in The Green Mountains for over 30 years, Liz looks forward to every flavorful season and every future nourishing endeavor.
