Sarah Lyman is Director of Communications & Operations at Farm to Institution New England, where she has worked since 2019 to leverage the power of schools, hospitals, colleges, and carceral facilities toward a more just, equitable, and regenerative food system. She holds an M.S. in Food Systems from UVM and lives in South Burlington.
