Sophie began her time at Common Roots while working on her Masters of Food Systems at the University of Vermont. She currently works at Common Roots coordinating five distinct programs focused on food equity and education. Sophie is passionate about creating accessible and sustainable food systems and joined Common Roots to help build meaningful connections between communities and local agriculture while developing educational initiatives that empower people to make informed food choices.
